I am a counselling psychologist practicing in Meadowridge and Mowbray, Cape Town. I am interested in helping clients develop optimally and adjust to life challenges. I provide psychological services for children, adolescents, adults and families. My main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Attachment-Based Therapy. Psychometric assessments are also offered.

Services include individual adult therapy, couples therapy, child and adolescent individual therapy, family therapy and psychometric assessments for children, adolescents and adults.



Bipolar, depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive issues; trauma and stressor related issues including adjustment difficulties; self-discovery and self-esteem assistance including personality issues; behavioural issues; relationship issues (co-dependency, families and couples) and emotional issues including anger management.

Scholastic, cognitive, career, emotion and personality.
